People consider having a healthy diet as a difficult thing to do, but considering it as a lifestyle and committing to it is one of the smartest decisions you can take! Why? Not only can eating well make you look and feel better, it can also save you money on future health costs.

The easiest way to go around it is not considering healthy eating as a diet. Because you tend to give up so much on your diet, they are temporary. And I know for a fact that when people go on crash diets, all they think about is food and then tend to over eat as soon as they quit!

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring, I personally think that eating clean food is much tastier than the junk that is so easily available everywhere around us.

Don’t believe me? Here is a delicious recipe from my Healthy Recipe Guide, that I had for breakfast! This will give you an idea of just how creative you can get with your everyday meals!

Healthy Diet PlanTODAY’S BREAKFAST: GREEN POWER WRAP
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 slice of rye bread or 2 slices of Australia wrap
  • 30g of grilled chicken
  • 5 cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
  • Fresh kale, spinach & broccoli
  • 1 garlic head (optional)
  • 1 table spoon fresh olive oil
  • Hand full of shred red cabbage
  • 7 green olives cut in half

To drink: Japanese green tea with half orange

These is just 1 example of what I had for breakfast! There are so many delicious, simple and easy meals that I prepare for breakfast everyday. I have started weight training 3months ago, and i am loving it, its all because of you, You inspired me so much!!! Everytime i feel like i dont want to train i just literally look at your photos then i feel motivated ??? I gave birth 6months ago, i am very happy with how i look now but i still have this huge loose skin ? Im just wondering how can i tighten up my skin, i do cardio 3 times a week and i train weights 6times different muscles each day., i dont want to lose muscles infact i want to gain., should i stop doing cardio or am i doing it right and shouls stick with my routine???     Thank you for your helpful posts!!! You were the reason I started weight training 3 years ago :-). Your posts, your pictures and my results keep me motivated every day! Now I have a question about nutrition and eating. What would you do if you wake up almost every night and you are hungry and you cannot sleep again until you ate something ? Do you think also that it is because the body has no more”filled fat cells” left because of healthy eating and training and now you have to “search” the balance. e.g. calorie amount vs. training to keep the body in shape, but not gaining weight and not losing weight? And how much (100 calories?) and what (carbs, protein, fat) would you eat more?
